I was the RampMaster:
It was pretty Awesome!!
As the RampMaster, I was in charge of making sure the sculptures entered and exited the water safely and without any spectators being run over, hurt or otherwise damaged.
I even helped out when one or two capsized:
..and, yes, the costume was intentional.
